Order Tracking

Can I track my order?

Yes! Every order includes end-to-end tracking. Once your package has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and tracking link.

> Note: Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for the logistics network to update your tracking status.

Import Duties, Customs & Taxes

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees once the package reaches its destination country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any applicable customs fees, duties, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing an order if you have questions regarding your country’s import regulations.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

We meticulously inspect and securely package every item prior to dispatch. However, once a package leaves our fulfillment center, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier.

  • Carrier Issues: Komprio is not directly liable for items damaged due to carrier mishandling, lost in transit, or stolen after confirmed delivery.
  • Customer Errors: We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to shipping address errors entered by the customer at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
  • We’re Here to Help: If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. You can also reach out to our team at [email protected], and we will gladly assist you with the necessary tracking details to resolve the issue with the carrier.
